Summary | This article criticizes und scrutinizes a previous article from Schweiz am Sonntag about the Geri Müller sexting scandal coming to the conclusion that the story leaves out important parts just to make it more scandalous. Yes, the police had been called by Geri Müller but not to destroy the sexting evidence as this evidence had already been in the hands of several newspapers but had not been published as it was not relevant enough but to protect the woman from herself because she had threatened Geri Müller to commit suicide. Geri Müller did nothing illegal – just consensual sexting. That is nobody’s business even if he holds public office.
